1. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly: email, name, professional profile data (phone, photo, bio), content you upload to your landing pages (text, images, property data) and business data (company, address). We also collect usage data (pages visited, actions taken), technical data (IP, browser, device), and on published sites, visitor data (IP, approximate location, referer). Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.

2. How We Use Data

We use your data to: operate and maintain the Service, process payments, provide support, send transactional communications (receipts, security alerts), improve the product, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. Who We Share With

We share data with providers that deliver services to operate the platform: Supabase (hosting and database), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email delivery), Vercel (application hosting and CDN), Mapbox (map visualization). Each operates under its own data processing agreements. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share data if required by law or to protect rights.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use essential cookies to maintain the session and operate the Service, and first-party analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or perform cross-site tracking.

5. Your Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or export of your personal data by writing to support@elitehomeflow.com. We will address reasonable requests within the timeframes required by applicable law. You can update most data directly from your account.

6. Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. After account cancellation, we keep data for up to 90 days to enable reactivation, unless law requires a longer period. Billing data is retained for the applicable legal period.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based access controls, Row-Level Security policies in the database, and secure development practices. No online platform is 100% secure; report any vulnerability to security@elitehomeflow.com.

8. Minors

The Service is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we detect data from a minor, we will delete it without delay.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will notify material changes by email to the registered address and/or via prominent notice within the Service. Continued use after notification implies acceptance.

10. Visitor Data on Your Published Pages

When you publish landing pages, websites or other content using the Service, visitors may submit personal data (e.g. contact form leads, cookies, IP-derived information). For that visitor data, you act as the data controller — you decide what to collect, how to use it and for how long — and we act as a data processor on your behalf, hosting and routing that data through the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you publish and for providing visitors with any disclosures required by applicable law. For data we process about you as our direct customer, we remain the controller.
